This script creates logs folder and file in it with a name that is based on a current date and user name. Default log folder location is My Documents folder. To create log folder in the root of system drive run script as administrator with -Public switch. To specify folder name (not a path) use -LogFolderName parameter (default value is "HSGLogFiles").

This script creates file with a name that is based on a current date. You can specify folder path with -Folder parameter. #Script without paramters saves a file in a temporary folder. If file already exists you'll be asked for new file name.

This script gets Twitter names from a web page and saves them to a file. Use -OutFile parameter to specify output file path. Script without parameters saves data to file "TwitterNames.txt" in the user profile folder.

This script writes files list in the folder to CSV file and opens CSV file in Excel. First parameter -Folder specifies full path to folder, second parameter -CsvPath specifies full path to CSV file. If no folder specified script uses Windows folder. If path to CSV file is omitted temporary file will be used.

This script determines the number of days between the next specified date and current date. Specify date with -Day and -Month parameters. Default date is July, 31. To use custom string use -Message parameter with #Days# token for number of days. Example: beg7.ps1 -Day 31 -Month 7 -Message "#Days# days left"

This script displays enabled logs info: log name, whether it is a classic log, log size and last write time. Parameters: -ComputerName parameter specifies computer name. Default value is "localhost"; -SortBy parameter specifies sort column: LogName, IsClassicLog, FileSize, LastWriteTime (default value). To get complete logs list run script as administrator.

This script checks whether computer runs private build of an application. Script without parameters checks process "notepad.exe" on local computer. Use -ProcessName and -ComputerName parameters to set process and computer name. Run script as administrator if you are not the owner of specified process.
