This script creates a new log file with the default name format <yyyyMMdd>NewLogFile.log in the users home path. Filename and path can be specified using -filename and -path parameter. User is prompted for new filename if entered name exists. Parameter -force can be used to overwrite existing file.

This script checks the supplied folder name entered from command line using -folderName and collects the file name, file size, last write time and folder it resides in. Output is saved in the default file DirectorySpace.csv in the users homepath or the path specified using -output parameter. The file is opened in Microsoft Excel upon completion.

Several examples are listed in addition to the solution showing other ways to use the command and how to add paramaters for changing the Fiscal Year end date and adding an additional message, such as a rotating daily message.
